HoGaming is an online casino game developer that is based out of the Philippines and provides a series of titles to casino operators and platform groups. The company launched in 2006 with a series of Flash games, and they now provide different slot machines, table games, and live dealer titles. The group has worked with over 200 partners in their time since their foundation, and they work with big name brands like 1xBet, BetVictor, IDN Play, FuGui, and more.
Of particular note in the group’s library is their slate of live dealer casino games, which allows punters to participate in webcast versions of baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and more. This software review doesn't meet our normally high standards, because we don't have much information to go off of. The corporate web site offers screenshots of each game, but does not allow free play nor any help files. So, we had to go off of what we could tell from the screenshots. Baccarat is pretty basic, offering the five major bets only — Player, Banker, Tie, Player Pair, and Banker Pair. The pays are the standard on 8 to 1 on the Tie and 11 to 1 on both pairs. I do not know if the Banker bet charges a 5% commission on wins or some form of commission-free baccarat.
Assuming eight decks are used, here is the house edge on each bet:
- Player: 1.24%
- Banker: 1.06% (assuming all wins pay 0.95 to 1)
- Tie (8 to 1): 14.36%
- Player/Banker Pair (11 to 1): 10.36%
Blackjack
Going off of screenshots from the HoGaming web site, all I can tell about the blackjack rules are:
- Dealer stands on soft 17
- Dealer takes a hole card
- A big shoe of cards is used, I assume eight decks
If we assumed a worse case scenario on the other rules, meaning no double after split, no surrender, and no re-splitting, the house edge would be 0.61%. You can reduce that by 0.12% if they allow double after a split and 0.08% if they allow surrender. Most internet casinos do not allow re-splitting anything.

Dragon Tiger
Dragon Tiger is a very simple game where the Dragon and Tiger hands get one card each and the player gets which will be higher. There is also a bet on a tie. The Dragon and Tiger bets lose half on a tie, for a house edge of 3.73%. The HoGaming web site doesn't say what a tie pays, but at other live dealer products they typically pays 8 to 1, for a house edge of 32.77% (ouch!).

Let me make myself very clear, the sic bo pay table is terrible! The average house edge on each type of bet is a staggering 20.34%. They get as high as 47.22% on the 5 and 16 bets. For offering such stingy sic bo odds, HoGaming gets a stern finger wagging of shame from the Wizard.
